About the Company

LifeCourse Wellness, based in Danville, Virginia, provides dynamic, content-rich educational seminars and workshops focused on wellness, pain and stress management, T'ai Chi Fundamentals, energy medicine and psychology, and Reiki Therapy. The company was established by David I. Rosenberg, Ph.D., LCP, BCIM, P.C. Dr. Rosenberg completed his graduate studies in Counseling Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993, and he has been a member of the faculty at Averett University since 1995. As a licensed clinical psychologist, he has maintained a clinical practice for over twelve years, and his areas of specialization include assessment, holistic wellness, health education and stress management. In addition, Dr. Rosenberg serves as the Director of the MatchPoint® Chronic Pain Management Program in Danville.

Dr. Rosenberg completed Level 4 Certification in T’ai Chi Fundamentals under Tricia Yu of the T’ai Chi Center in Madison, WI, and he also studies and practices Qigong and Yang style T'ai Chi. Dr. Rosenberg is a certified Reiki (Japanese Relaxation Therapy) Master Instructor, and is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine by the American Association of Integrative Medicine (AAIM). Dr. Rosenberg is currently completing the second year of the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program under the direction of Donna Eden and David Feinstein, Ph.D., and is a current member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP), and The Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP).

The programs and other services provided by LifeCourse Wellness are geared for a wide-range of audiences, and are designed not only to inform, but also to empower participants to achieve and maintain vitality and health throughout their lives. Group and private instruction in T'ai Chi Fundamentals, and courses in Reiki (all levels), is also available. Dr. Rosenberg also maintains a limited practice in Eden Energy Medicine and sees clients as part of the clinical requirements toward certification in this program. In addition to serving Virginia and North Carolina, programs and services are also offered at various times throughout the year in Marco Island and Naples, Florida.
